Air Commander will find the right financing solution for your desired aircraft and often times your financial institution isn’t always the best option for acquiring an aircraft. We will not only find you the best financing options with our experienced financial professionals, but we will also take care of all the paperwork.

Aircraft Registration with Government and Agencies:
Air Commander will provide all the documents necessary to export a purchased aircraft to any country in the world and register the aircraft with the proper authorities.

Aircraft Search:

Pre-purchase Advisory: 
Our skilled engineers and mechanics conduct two types of inspections before purchasing an aircraft. The first inspection involves checking and verifying all books and records from the first day of use to the last service performed on the aircraft. The second inspection focuses on checking and testing all components on the aircraft and the aircraft avionics. 

Documentation: 
Air Commander provides legal documentation and taxing advice for the aircraft through our U.S. legal team.  Our legal team makes sure that the aircraft you wish to acquire is released from any fiscal problems that prevent the transfer of the title to its new owner.

 

Certificate of Airworthiness: 
Air Commander automatically conducts the process of acquiring the Certificate of Airworthiness, which certifies that the aircraft complies with auditing standards, to make sure the aircraft is safe and ready to fly. 

Export Certificate:
Air Commander, along with inspectors from the FAA and EASA, ensure the aircraft falls under the conditions required to obtain an export license, which enables the aircraft to be transported to another country.  

Exporting Documents: 
Air Commander guarantees a quick deregistration process of aircraft. A process that could take weeks is done in days.

Submission of Aircraft: 
We facilitate the entire process for flying a recently purchased aircraft.  Air Commander will find pilots, flight plans, prepare aircraft output in Customs, etc.  

Registration: 
We consult our client for the nationalization of the aircraft and register it with the designated agency, through our partners. This ensures the customer will not have any issues during the nationalization process of the aircraft.

Post-Acquisition Support:

Our highly specialized technicians will help you find the spare part(s) you need to execute the maintenance of your aircraft. We offer repair services for spare parts both in the US and in Brazil. Our specialized technicians can fly to any country where your aircraft is located, in order to ensure that proper repairs and maintenance have been achieved.
